DIRECTOR'S REPORT

 

Roger, our Head Chef has decided to move on from Erinvale as of the end of June

We thank him and wish him the best of luck in his new ventures
With this, we have begun the recruitment of our new Executive Chef, which has been done by Myself, Dean Milbank, and 2 F&B Consultants.

In addition to the interviews, we invited the short list for a Cook-Off in order to find the chef that would be suited to satisfy the expectations of Erinvale.

We are very excited with what we have seen so far and we will be able to announce our new chef shortly.

Volvo World Golf Challenge:
Next week Saturday the 18th June 2016, is the 2nd round of the Volvo World Golf Challenge and as explained by Bradley Norman from Volvo this is not an event you want to miss.

A reminder that the best 3 rounds out of 4 will be used to determine the winner, who will be taken to Sun City as guests of Volvo for the final round of the Nedbank Challenge.

The Monday after the Challenge Erinvale’s winner will be one of 12 players competing for the spot to qualify for the World Final. So don’t miss out.

New Handicap Cards:
We have received your new handicap cards and please pick them up from Reception at your earliest convenience.

 

 Pro Shop Raffle:

Get your hands on a new M2 Driver!
For the U.S. Open, the pro shop is running a raffle for one lucky winner to win themselves the new M2 TaylorMade Driver. There are a limited 75 tickets, with each ticket being R100. The draw will be done on Saturday the 18th June.
